2022 vs New Normal™ for girls aged 5-9 in United States

    1. 1,144 of 1,144 total deaths were from All Causes
    2. 100.00% of all deaths were from All Causes
    3. This is down 10% compared to Old Normal rates.
    4. 1,171 of 1,171 total deaths would have been expected under Old Normal conditions.
    5. 27 fewer than expected deaths from All Causes in 2022.
    6. 1,080 fewer than expected deaths from All Causes (2015-2022)
    1. To show this year’s deaths from All Causes are down 10% compared to Old Normal rates, we need to calculate the rates for both 2022 and for the Old Normal.

Remember, death rates are calculated to answer these questions:

    • “How many girls aged 5-9 were there?” and
    • “How many of them died from All Causes?”

The following 2 charts provide this information:

    Deaths – All Causes – Female – Aged 5-9 | United States, United-states

Graph showing Deaths - All Causes - Female - Aged 5-9 | United States, United-states

    Population – Female – Aged 5-9 – [2000-2022] | United States, United-states

    Graph showing Population - Female - Aged 5-9 - [2000-2022] | United States, United-states

From the charts, we can see that in 2022, 1,144 of 9,777,249 girls aged 5-9 living in United States died from All Causes.

    1,144 ÷ 9,777,249 = 0.00012 (2022 CDR)

We’ll use the table below to calculate our Old Normal rate for deaths from All Causes

    Totals:
    146,975,842
    17,608
    17,608

The table shows there were a total of 17,608 deaths from All Causes among 146,975,842 girls aged 5-9 living in United States in the 15 years immediately prior to the New Normal™.

    17,608 ÷ 146,975,842 = 0.00012 (Old Normal CDR)

We can use the Old Normal rate to predict this year’s deaths:

2022 pop X Old Normal CDR = expected deaths

    9,777,249 X 0.00012 = 1,171 expected deaths

The difference between actual and expected deaths shows lives saved or lost:

    1,1441,171 = -27

Dividing the actual deaths by the expected deaths gives us the comparative rates:

    1,144 ÷ 1,171 = 0.9014

This reveals 27 lives saved and is 90.14% of what we expected (a decrease of 10%) in deaths from All Causes among girls aged 5-9 living in United States in 2022, as compared to the Old Normal.

This is the same method used by Public Health to calculate the 5-yr CDR (Cumulative Death Rate):

    7,276 ÷ 69,523,150 = 0.00010 (5-yr CDR)

    9,777,249(2022 pop) X 0.00010 = 1,023 expected deaths

The difference between actual and expected deaths:

    1,1441,023 = 121 or 121 lives lost

Divide actual deaths by expected deaths:

    1,144 ÷ 1,023 = 1.0205 or an increase of 2%

for deaths from All Causes among girls aged 5-9 living in United States in 2022, as compared to the previous 5 years.

Compare our Old Normal to the 5yr CDR. Does it tell the same story your TV does?

Finally, the same method can also be used to compare our Old Normal rate to the New Normal™ rate:

New Normal™ population X Old Normal rate = expected deaths

    79,300,399 X 0.00012 = 9,500 expected deaths

The difference between actual and expected deaths:

    84209,500 = -1,080 or 1,080 lives saved

Dividing the actual deaths by the expected deaths:

    8,420 ÷ 9,500 = 0.8180 or a decrease of 18%

in deaths from All Causes among girls aged 5-9 living in United States in the New Normal™, as compared to the Old Normal.

The world has been led to believe that a deadly pandemic swept the globe beginning in 2020, causing an increase in death rates, especially among the elderly

The data show that death rates began to increase in 2015, immediately upon implementation of the UN’s 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development, that young adults have experienced ever-increasing death rates since, and that death rates among the elderly have remained relatively stable.
