    1. To show this year’s deaths from All Causes are up 16% compared to Old Normal rates, we need to calculate the rates for both 2022 and for the Old Normal.

    Remember, death rates are calculated to answer these questions:

    • “How many people aged 30-34 were there?” and
    • “How many of them died from All Causes?”

    The following 2 charts provide this information:

    Deaths – All Causes – Male – Aged 30-34 | New Brunswick, Canada

    Graph showing Deaths - All Causes - Male - Aged 30-34 | New Brunswick, Canada

    Populalation – Male – Aged 30-34 – [2001-2022] | New Brunswick, Canada

    Graph showing Populalation - Male - Aged 30-34 - [2001-2022] | New Brunswick, Canada

    From the charts, we can see that in 2022, 42 of 48,307 people aged 30-34 living in New Brunswick died from All Causes.

    42 ÷ 48,307 = 0.00087 (2022 CDR)

    Cumulative:

    Totals:
    666,349
    493
    493

    The table shows there were a total of 493 deaths from All Causes among 666,349 people aged 30-34 living in New Brunswick in the 14 years immediately prior to the New Normal™.

    493 ÷ 666,349 = 0.00074 (Old Normal CDR)

    We can use the Old Normal rate to predict this year’s deaths:

    2022 pop X Old Normal CDR = expected deaths

    48,307 X 0.00074 = 36 expected deaths

    The difference between actual and expected deaths shows lives saved or lost:

    4236 = 6

    Dividing the actual deaths by the expected deaths gives us the comparative rates:

    42 ÷ 36 = 1.1595

    This reveals 6 lives lost and is 115.95% of what we expected (an increase of 16%) in deaths from All Causes among people aged 30-34 living in New Brunswick in 2022, as compared to the Old Normal.

    Compare our Old Normal to the 5yr CDR. Does it tell the same story your TV does?

    This is the same method used by Public Health to calculate the 5-yr CDR (Cumulative Death Rate):

    276 ÷ 308,823 = 0.00089 (5-yr CDR)

    48,307(2022 pop) X 0.00089 = 43 expected deaths

    The difference between actual and expected deaths:

    4243 = -1 or 1 lives saved

    Divide actual deaths by expected deaths:

    42 ÷ 43 = 0.9621 or a decrease of 4%

    for deaths from All Causes among people aged 30-34 living in New Brunswick in 2022, as compared to the previous 5 years.

    Finally, the same method can also be used to compare our Old Normal rate to the New Normal™ rate:

    New Normal™ population X Old Normal rate = expected deaths

    357,130 X 0.00074 = 264 expected deaths

    The difference between actual and expected deaths:

    318264 = 54 or 54 lives lost

    Dividing the actual deaths by the expected deaths:

    318 ÷ 264 = 1.1875 or an increase of 19%

    in deaths from All Causes among people aged 30-34 living in New Brunswick in the New Normal™, as compared to the Old Normal.

    The world has been led to believe that a deadly pandemic swept the globe beginning in 2020, causing an increase in death rates, especially among the elderly

    The data show that death rates began to increase in 2015, immediately upon implementation of the UN’s 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development, that young adults have experienced ever-increasing death rates since, and that death rates among the elderly have remained relatively stable.

    Browse through the age-categorized charts below to see the evidence of this. Click on any chart to see the full analysis for each age group.

    | All Ages |

    8,387 of the 8,387 deaths among individuals of all ages living in New Brunswick in 2022 were from All Causes (100.00% of all deaths).

    This is up 23% compared to Old Normal (2001-2014) rates which, when applied to the this year's both sexes population of 812,061 individuals would have predicted 6,797 deaths from All Causes.

    This means there were 1,590 more deaths than expected from All Causes among individuals of all ages living in New Brunswick in 2022.

    To date, 8,390 individual lives have been lost to All Causes over the first 8 years of New Brunswick's New Normal™.

    Browse through the age categories below to learn how these deaths from All Causes in 2022 are distributed among each age group of individuals in New Brunswick.

    Click the bar graph above to see how both the 2022 loss of 1,590 lives and the 8-year loss of 8,390 individual lives from All Causes is arrived at.
