2022 vs New Normal™ for elderly men and women aged 70-74 in Canada

    1. 1,433 of 34,201 total deaths were from Unknown Causes
    2. 4.19% of all deaths were from Unknown Causes
    3. This is up 241% compared to Old Normal rates.
    4. 402 of 39,782 total deaths would have been expected under Old Normal conditions.
    5. 1,031 more deaths from Unknown Causes in 2022.
    6. 5,581 fewer All Cause deaths in 2022.

    8. 45,238 fewer All Cause deaths over the first 8 years of Canada’s New Normal™.
    1. To show this year’s deaths from Unknown Causes are up 241% compared to Old Normal rates, we need to calculate the rates for both 2022 and for the Old Normal.

Remember, death rates are calculated to answer these questions:

    • “How many elderly men and women aged 70-74 were there?” and
    • “How many of them died from Unknown Causes?”

The following 2 charts provide this information:

From the charts, we can see that in 2022, 1,433 of 1,879,942 elderly men and women aged 70-74 living in Canada died from Unknown Causes.

    1,433 ÷ 1,879,942 = 0.00076 (2022 CDR)

    Totals:
    16,443,556

    3,513

The table shows there were a total of 3,513 deaths from Unknown Causes among 16,443,556 elderly men and women aged 70-74 living in Canada in the 15 years immediately prior to the New Normal™.

    3,513 ÷ 16,443,556 = 0.00021 (Old Normal CDR)

We can use the Old Normal rate to predict this year’s deaths:

2022 pop X Old Normal CDR = expected deaths

    1,879,942 X 0.00021 = 402 expected deaths

The difference between actual and expected deaths shows lives saved or lost:

    1,433402 = 1,031

Dividing the actual deaths by the expected deaths gives us the comparative rates:

    1,433 ÷ 402 = 3.4084

This reveals 1,031 lives lost and is 340.84% of what we expected (an increase of 241%) in deaths from Unknown Causes among elderly men and women aged 70-74 living in Canada in 2022, as compared to the Old Normal.

    3,510

This is the same method used by Public Health to calculate the 5-yr CDR (Cumulative Death Rate):

    3,510 ÷ 11,289,715 = 0.00031 (5-yr CDR)

    1,879,942(2022 pop) X 0.00031 = 584 expected deaths

The difference between actual and expected deaths:

    1,433584 = 849 or 849 lives lost

Divide actual deaths by expected deaths:

    1,433 ÷ 584 = 2.3754 or an increase of 138%

for deaths from Unknown Causes among elderly men and women aged 70-74 living in Canada in 2022, as compared to the previous 5 years.

Finally, the same method can also be used to compare our Old Normal rate to the New Normal™ rate:

New Normal™ population X Old Normal rate = expected deaths

    13,169,657 X 0.00021 = 2,814 expected deaths

The difference between actual and expected deaths:

    49432,814 = 2,129 or 2,129 lives lost

Dividing the actual deaths by the expected deaths:

    4,943 ÷ 2,814 = 1.6783 or an increase of 68%

in deaths from Unknown Causes among elderly men and women aged 70-74 living in Canada in the New Normal™, as compared to the Old Normal.

The world has been led to believe that a deadly pandemic swept the globe beginning in 2020, causing an increase in death rates, especially among the elderly

The data show that death rates began to increase in 2015, immediately upon implementation of the UN’s 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development, that young adults have experienced ever-increasing death rates since, and that death rates among the elderly have remained relatively stable.

Browse through the age-categorized charts below to see the evidence of this. Click on any chart to see the full analysis for each age group.

    | All Ages |

20,867 of the 334,081 deaths among individuals of all ages living in Canada in 2022 were from Unknown Causes (6.25% of all deaths).

This is up 257% compared to Old Normal (2000-2014) rates which, when applied to the this year's both sexes population of 38,929,902 individuals would have predicted 5,450 deaths from Unknown Causes.

This means there were 15,417 more deaths than expected from Unknown Causes among individuals of all ages living in Canada in 2022.

To date, 41,192 individual lives have been lost to Unknown Causes over the first 8 years of Canada's New Normal™.
