  1. Total (692)

2022 vs New Normal™ for women aged 45-49 in Ontario

    1. 692 of 692 total deaths were from All Causes
    2. 100.00% of all deaths were from All Causes
    3. This is down 12% compared to Old Normal rates.
    4. 782 of 782 total deaths would have been expected under Old Normal conditions.
    5. 90 fewer than expected deaths from All Causes in 2022.
    6. 874 fewer than expected deaths from All Causes (2015-2022)
    1. To show this year’s deaths from All Causes are down 12% compared to Old Normal rates, we need to calculate the rates for both 2022 and for the Old Normal.

Remember, death rates are calculated to answer these questions:

    • “How many women aged 45-49 were there?” and
    • “How many of them died from All Causes?”

The following 2 charts provide this information:

    Deaths – All Causes – Female – Aged 45-49 | Ontario, Canada

Graph showing Deaths - All Causes - Female - Aged 45-49 | Ontario, Canada

    Population – Female – Aged 45-49 – [2000-2022] | Ontario, Canada

    Graph showing Population - Female - Aged 45-49 - [2000-2022] | Ontario, Canada

From the charts, we can see that in 2022, 692 of 473,902 women aged 45-49 living in Ontario died from All Causes.

    692 ÷ 473,902 = 0.00146 (2022 CDR)

    Population
    Deaths
    All Causes

    Totals:
    7,538,416
    12,435
    12,435

The table shows there were a total of 12,435 deaths from All Causes among 7,538,416 women aged 45-49 living in Ontario in the 15 years immediately prior to the New Normal™.

    12,435 ÷ 7,538,416 = 0.00165 (Old Normal CDR)

We can use the Old Normal rate to predict this year’s deaths:

2022 pop X Old Normal CDR = expected deaths

    473,902 X 0.00165 = 782 expected deaths

The difference between actual and expected deaths shows lives saved or lost:

    692782 = -90

Dividing the actual deaths by the expected deaths gives us the comparative rates:

    692 ÷ 782 = 0.8799

This reveals 90 lives saved and is 87.99% of what we expected (a decrease of 12%) in deaths from All Causes among women aged 45-49 living in Ontario in 2022, as compared to the Old Normal.

    4,777

This is the same method used by Public Health to calculate the 5-yr CDR (Cumulative Death Rate):

    4,777 ÷ 3,371,363 = 0.00142 (5-yr CDR)

    473,902(2022 pop) X 0.00142 = 671 expected deaths

The difference between actual and expected deaths:

    692671 = 21 or 21 lives lost

Divide actual deaths by expected deaths:

    692 ÷ 671 = 1.0233 or an increase of 2%

for deaths from All Causes among women aged 45-49 living in Ontario in 2022, as compared to the previous 5 years.

Compare our Old Normal to the 5yr CDR. Does it tell the same story your TV does?

Finally, the same method can also be used to compare our Old Normal rate to the New Normal™ rate:

New Normal™ population X Old Normal rate = expected deaths

    3,845,265 X 0.00165 = 6,343 expected deaths

The difference between actual and expected deaths:

    54696,343 = -874 or 874 lives saved

Dividing the actual deaths by the expected deaths:

    5,469 ÷ 6,343 = 0.8570 or a decrease of 14%

in deaths from All Causes among women aged 45-49 living in Ontario in the New Normal™, as compared to the Old Normal.

The world has been led to believe that a deadly pandemic swept the globe beginning in 2020, causing an increase in death rates, especially among the elderly

The data show that death rates began to increase in 2015, immediately upon implementation of the UN’s 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development, that young adults have experienced ever-increasing death rates since, and that death rates among the elderly have remained relatively stable.
