    6. 3,991 fewer than expected deaths from All Causes (2015-2022)
    1. To show this year’s deaths from All Causes are down 8% compared to Old Normal rates, we need to calculate the rates for both 2022 and for the Old Normal.

Remember, death rates are calculated to answer these questions:

    • “How many elderly women aged 75-79 were there?” and
    • “How many of them died from All Causes?”

The following 2 charts provide this information:

    Deaths – All Causes – Female – Aged 75-79 | Georgia, United-states

    Graph showing Population - Female - Aged 75-79 - [2000-2022] | Georgia, United-states

From the charts, we can see that in 2022, 6,195 of 175,593 elderly women aged 75-79 living in Georgia died from All Causes.

    6,195 ÷ 175,593 = 0.03528 (2022 CDR)

    Totals:
    1,558,835
    59,528
    59,528

The table shows there were a total of 59,528 deaths from All Causes among 1,558,835 elderly women aged 75-79 living in Georgia in the 15 years immediately prior to the New Normal™.

    59,528 ÷ 1,558,835 = 0.03819 (Old Normal CDR)

We can use the Old Normal rate to predict this year’s deaths:

2022 pop X Old Normal CDR = expected deaths

    175,593 X 0.03819 = 6,705 expected deaths

The difference between actual and expected deaths shows lives saved or lost:

    6,1956,705 = -510

Dividing the actual deaths by the expected deaths gives us the comparative rates:

    6,195 ÷ 6,705 = 0.9236

This reveals 510 lives saved and is 92.36% of what we expected (a decrease of 8%) in deaths from All Causes among elderly women aged 75-79 living in Georgia in 2022, as compared to the Old Normal.

    34,957

This is the same method used by Public Health to calculate the 5-yr CDR (Cumulative Death Rate):

    34,957 ÷ 1,006,546 = 0.03473 (5-yr CDR)

    175,593(2022 pop) X 0.03473 = 6,098 expected deaths

The difference between actual and expected deaths:

    6,1956,098 = 97 or 97 lives lost

Divide actual deaths by expected deaths:

    6,195 ÷ 6,098 = 1.0156 or an increase of 2%

for deaths from All Causes among elderly women aged 75-79 living in Georgia in 2022, as compared to the previous 5 years.

Compare our Old Normal to the 5yr CDR. Does it tell the same story your TV does?

Finally, the same method can also be used to compare our Old Normal rate to the New Normal™ rate:

New Normal™ population X Old Normal rate = expected deaths

    1,182,139 X 0.03819 = 45,143 expected deaths

The difference between actual and expected deaths:

    4115245,143 = -3,991 or 3,991 lives saved

Dividing the actual deaths by the expected deaths:

    41,152 ÷ 45,143 = 0.9114 or a decrease of 9%

in deaths from All Causes among elderly women aged 75-79 living in Georgia in the New Normal™, as compared to the Old Normal.

The world has been led to believe that a deadly pandemic swept the globe beginning in 2020, causing an increase in death rates, especially among the elderly

The data show that death rates began to increase in 2015, immediately upon implementation of the UN’s 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development, that young adults have experienced ever-increasing death rates since, and that death rates among the elderly have remained relatively stable.
