2022 vs New Normal™ for women aged 40-44 in Massachusetts

    1. 320 of 320 total deaths were from All Causes
    2. 100.00% of all deaths were from All Causes

    5. 30 excess deaths from All Causes in 2022.
    6. 66 excess deaths from All Causes (2015-2022)
    1. To show this year’s deaths from All Causes are up 9% compared to Old Normal rates, we need to calculate the rates for both 2022 and for the Old Normal.

Remember, death rates are calculated to answer these questions:

    • “How many women aged 40-44 were there?” and
    • “How many of them died from All Causes?”

The following 2 charts provide this information:

    Deaths – All Causes – Female – Aged 40-44 | Massachusetts, United-states

    Graph showing Deaths - All Causes - Female - Aged 40-44 | Massachusetts, United-states

    Population – Female – Aged 40-44 – [2000-2022] | Massachusetts, United-states

    Graph showing Population - Female - Aged 40-44 - [2000-2022] | Massachusetts, United-states

From the charts, we can see that in 2022, 320 of 217,739 women aged 40-44 living in Massachusetts died from All Causes.

    320 ÷ 217,739 = 0.00147 (2022 CDR)

    Population
    Deaths
    All Causes

    Totals:
    3,779,124
    5,041
    5,041

The table shows there were a total of 5,041 deaths from All Causes among 3,779,124 women aged 40-44 living in Massachusetts in the 15 years immediately prior to the New Normal™.

    5,041 ÷ 3,779,124 = 0.00133 (Old Normal CDR)

We can use the Old Normal rate to predict this year’s deaths:

2022 pop X Old Normal CDR = expected deaths

    217,739 X 0.00133 = 290 expected deaths

The difference between actual and expected deaths shows lives saved or lost:

    320290 = 30

Dividing the actual deaths by the expected deaths gives us the comparative rates:

    320 ÷ 290 = 1.0936

This reveals 30 lives lost and is 109.36% of what we expected (an increase of 9%) in deaths from All Causes among women aged 40-44 living in Massachusetts in 2022, as compared to the Old Normal.

    1,988

This is the same method used by Public Health to calculate the 5-yr CDR (Cumulative Death Rate):

    1,988 ÷ 1,462,971 = 0.00136 (5-yr CDR)

    217,739(2022 pop) X 0.00136 = 296 expected deaths

The difference between actual and expected deaths:

    320296 = 24 or 24 lives lost

Divide actual deaths by expected deaths:

    320 ÷ 296 = 1.0736 or an increase of 7%

for deaths from All Causes among women aged 40-44 living in Massachusetts in 2022, as compared to the previous 5 years.

Compare our Old Normal to the 5yr CDR. Does it tell the same story your TV does?

Finally, the same method can also be used to compare our Old Normal rate to the New Normal™ rate:

New Normal™ population X Old Normal rate = expected deaths

    1,680,710 X 0.00133 = 2,242 expected deaths

The difference between actual and expected deaths:

    23082,242 = 66 or 66 lives lost

Dividing the actual deaths by the expected deaths:

    2,308 ÷ 2,242 = 1.0218 or an increase of 2%

in deaths from All Causes among women aged 40-44 living in Massachusetts in the New Normal™, as compared to the Old Normal.

The world has been led to believe that a deadly pandemic swept the globe beginning in 2020, causing an increase in death rates, especially among the elderly

The data show that death rates began to increase in 2015, immediately upon implementation of the UN’s 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development, that young adults have experienced ever-increasing death rates since, and that death rates among the elderly have remained relatively stable.
