2022 vs New Normal™ for children aged 5-9 in United States

    1. 2,567 of 2,567 total deaths were from All Causes
    2. 100.00% of all deaths were from All Causes
    3. This is down 11% compared to Old Normal rates.
    4. 2,686 of 2,686 total deaths would have been expected under Old Normal conditions.
    5. 119 fewer than expected deaths from All Causes in 2022.
    6. 2,672 fewer than expected deaths from All Causes (2015-2022)
    1. To show this year’s deaths from All Causes are down 11% compared to Old Normal rates, we need to calculate the rates for both 2022 and for the Old Normal.

Remember, death rates are calculated to answer these questions:

    • “How many children aged 5-9 were there?” and
    • “How many of them died from All Causes?”

The following 2 charts provide this information:

    Deaths – All Causes – Both Sexes – Aged 5-9 | United States, United-states

Graph showing Deaths - All Causes - Both Sexes - Aged 5-9 | United States, United-states

    Population – Both Sexes – Aged 5-9 – [2000-2022] | United States, United-states

    Graph showing Population - Both Sexes - Aged 5-9 - [2000-2022] | United States, United-states

From the charts, we can see that in 2022, 2,567 of 20,009,195 children aged 5-9 living in United States died from All Causes.

    2,567 ÷ 20,009,195 = 0.00013 (2022 CDR)

We’ll use the table below to calculate our Old Normal rate for deaths from All Causes

    Totals:
    300,679,375
    40,357
    40,357

The table shows there were a total of 40,357 deaths from All Causes among 300,679,375 children aged 5-9 living in United States in the 15 years immediately prior to the New Normal™.

    40,357 ÷ 300,679,375 = 0.00013 (Old Normal CDR)

We can use the Old Normal rate to predict this year’s deaths:

2022 pop X Old Normal CDR = expected deaths

    20,009,195 X 0.00013 = 2,686 expected deaths

The difference between actual and expected deaths shows lives saved or lost:

    2,5672,686 = -119

Dividing the actual deaths by the expected deaths gives us the comparative rates:

    2,567 ÷ 2,686 = 0.8896

This reveals 119 lives saved and is 88.96% of what we expected (a decrease of 11%) in deaths from All Causes among children aged 5-9 living in United States in 2022, as compared to the Old Normal.

    16,525

This is the same method used by Public Health to calculate the 5-yr CDR (Cumulative Death Rate):

    16,525 ÷ 142,142,009 = 0.00012 (5-yr CDR)

    20,009,195(2022 pop) X 0.00012 = 2,326 expected deaths

The difference between actual and expected deaths:

    2,5672,326 = 241 or 241 lives lost

Divide actual deaths by expected deaths:

    2,567 ÷ 2,326 = 1.0161 or an increase of 2%

for deaths from All Causes among children aged 5-9 living in United States in 2022, as compared to the previous 5 years.

Compare our Old Normal to the 5yr CDR. Does it tell the same story your TV does?

Finally, the same method can also be used to compare our Old Normal rate to the New Normal™ rate:

New Normal™ population X Old Normal rate = expected deaths

    162,151,204 X 0.00013 = 21,764 expected deaths

The difference between actual and expected deaths:

    1909221,764 = -2,672 or 2,672 lives saved

Dividing the actual deaths by the expected deaths:

    19,092 ÷ 21,764 = 0.8164 or a decrease of 18%

in deaths from All Causes among children aged 5-9 living in United States in the New Normal™, as compared to the Old Normal.

The world has been led to believe that a deadly pandemic swept the globe beginning in 2020, causing an increase in death rates, especially among the elderly

The data show that death rates began to increase in 2015, immediately upon implementation of the UN’s 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development, that young adults have experienced ever-increasing death rates since, and that death rates among the elderly have remained relatively stable.
