  • “How many of them died from All Causes?”

The following 2 charts provide this information:

Totals:
8,455
1,154
1,154

The table shows there were a total of 1,154 deaths from All Causes among 8,455 elderly men aged 85-89 living in Prince Edward Island in the 15 years immediately prior to the New Normal™.

1,154 ÷ 8,455 = 0.13649 (Old Normal CDR)

We can use the Old Normal rate to predict this year’s deaths:

2022 pop X Old Normal CDR = expected deaths

930 X 0.13649 = 127 expected deaths

The difference between actual and expected deaths shows lives saved or lost:

114127 = -13

Dividing the actual deaths by the expected deaths gives us the comparative rates:

114 ÷ 127 = 0.8980

This reveals 13 lives saved and is 89.80% of what we expected (a decrease of 10%) in deaths from All Causes among elderly men aged 85-89 living in Prince Edward Island in 2022, as compared to the Old Normal.

This is the same method used by Public Health to calculate the 5-yr CDR (Cumulative Death Rate):

688 ÷ 5,516 = 0.12473 (5-yr CDR)

930(2022 pop) X 0.12473 = 116 expected deaths

The difference between actual and expected deaths:

114116 = -2 or 2 lives saved

Divide actual deaths by expected deaths:

114 ÷ 116 = 0.9827 or a decrease of 2%

for deaths from All Causes among elderly men aged 85-89 living in Prince Edward Island in 2022, as compared to the previous 5 years.

Compare our Old Normal to the 5yr CDR. Does it tell the same story your TV does?

Finally, the same method can also be used to compare our Old Normal rate to the New Normal™ rate:

New Normal™ population X Old Normal rate = expected deaths

6,446 X 0.13649 = 880 expected deaths

The difference between actual and expected deaths:

802880 = -78 or 78 lives saved

Dividing the actual deaths by the expected deaths:

802 ÷ 880 = 0.9115 or a decrease of 9%

in deaths from All Causes among elderly men aged 85-89 living in Prince Edward Island in the New Normal™, as compared to the Old Normal.

The world has been led to believe that a deadly pandemic swept the globe beginning in 2020, causing an increase in death rates, especially among the elderly

The data show that death rates began to increase in 2015, immediately upon implementation of the UN’s 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development, that young adults have experienced ever-increasing death rates since, and that death rates among the elderly have remained relatively stable.
