    1. 244 of 427 total deaths were from Unknown Causes
    2. 57.14% of all deaths were from Unknown Causes
    3. This is up 1% compared to Old Normal rates.
    4. 243 of 412 total deaths would have been expected under Old Normal conditions.

    1. To show this year’s deaths from Unknown Causes are up 1% compared to Old Normal rates, we need to calculate the rates for both 2022 and for the Old Normal.

Remember, death rates are calculated to answer these questions:

    • “How many people aged 20-24 were there?” and
    • “How many of them died from Unknown Causes?”

The following 2 charts provide this information:

    Deaths – Unknown Causes – Male – Aged 20-24 | Maryland, United-states

    Graph showing Deaths - Unknown Causes - Male - Aged 20-24 | Maryland, United-states

    Population – Male – Aged 20-24 – [2000-2022] | Maryland, United-states

    Graph showing Population - Male - Aged 20-24 - [2000-2022] | Maryland, United-states

From the charts, we can see that in 2022, 244 of 384,265 people aged 20-24 living in Maryland died from Unknown Causes.

    244 ÷ 384,265 = 0.00063 (2022 CDR)

    Population
    Deaths
    Unknown Causes

    Totals:
    5,582,526
    5,991
    3,530

The table shows there were a total of 3,530 deaths from Unknown Causes among 5,582,526 people aged 20-24 living in Maryland in the 15 years immediately prior to the New Normal™.

    3,530 ÷ 5,582,526 = 0.00063 (Old Normal CDR)

We can use the Old Normal rate to predict this year’s deaths:

2022 pop X Old Normal CDR = expected deaths

    384,265 X 0.00063 = 243 expected deaths

The difference between actual and expected deaths shows lives saved or lost:

    244243 = 1

Dividing the actual deaths by the expected deaths gives us the comparative rates:

    244 ÷ 243 = 0.9886

This reveals 1 lives lost and is 98.86% of what we expected (an increase of 1%) in deaths from Unknown Causes among people aged 20-24 living in Maryland in 2022, as compared to the Old Normal.

    2,666,588

    1,518

This is the same method used by Public Health to calculate the 5-yr CDR (Cumulative Death Rate):

    1,518 ÷ 2,666,588 = 0.00057 (5-yr CDR)

    384,265(2022 pop) X 0.00057 = 219 expected deaths

The difference between actual and expected deaths:

    244219 = 25 or 25 lives lost

Divide actual deaths by expected deaths:

    244 ÷ 219 = 1.0962 or an increase of 10%

for deaths from Unknown Causes among people aged 20-24 living in Maryland in 2022, as compared to the previous 5 years.

Compare our Old Normal to the 5yr CDR. Does it tell the same story your TV does?

Finally, the same method can also be used to compare our Old Normal rate to the New Normal™ rate:

New Normal™ population X Old Normal rate = expected deaths

    3,050,853 X 0.00063 = 1,929 expected deaths

The difference between actual and expected deaths:

    17621,929 = -167 or 167 lives saved

Dividing the actual deaths by the expected deaths:

    1,762 ÷ 1,929 = 0.8991 or a decrease of 10%

in deaths from Unknown Causes among people aged 20-24 living in Maryland in the New Normal™, as compared to the Old Normal.

The world has been led to believe that a deadly pandemic swept the globe beginning in 2020, causing an increase in death rates, especially among the elderly

The data show that death rates began to increase in 2015, immediately upon implementation of the UN’s 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development, that young adults have experienced ever-increasing death rates since, and that death rates among the elderly have remained relatively stable.

Browse through the age-categorized charts below to see the evidence of this. Click on any chart to see the full analysis for each age group.

Deaths/100,000 male 20-24 from Unknown Causes

Graph showing Deaths/100,000 male 20-24 from Unknown Causes
    | All Ages |

16,008 of the 56,456 deaths among individuals of all ages living in Maryland in 2022 were from Unknown Causes (28.35% of all deaths).

This is up 9% compared to Old Normal (2000-2014) rates which, when applied to the this year's both sexes population of 6,044,429 individuals would have predicted 14,676 deaths from Unknown Causes.

This means there were 1,332 more deaths than expected from Unknown Causes among individuals of all ages living in Maryland in 2022.

To date, 5,970 individual lives have been lost to Unknown Causes over the first 8 years of Maryland's New Normal™.

Browse through the age categories below to learn how these deaths from Unknown Causes in 2022 are distributed among each age group of individuals in Maryland.

Click the bar graph above to see how both the 2022 loss of 1,332 lives and the 8-year loss of 5,970 individual lives from Unknown Causes is arrived at.
