    Remember, death rates are calculated to answer these questions:

    • “How many boys aged 5-9 were there?” and
    • “How many of them died from All Causes?”

    The following 2 charts provide this information:

    Deaths – All Causes – Boys – Aged 5-9 | Washington, United-states

    Graph showing Deaths - All Causes - Boys - Aged 5-9 | Washington, United-states

    Graph showing Population - Boys - Aged 5-9 - [2000-2022] | Washington, United-states

    From the charts, we can see that in 2022, 24 of 237,537 boys aged 5-9 living in Washington died from All Causes.

    24 ÷ 237,537 = 0.00010 (2022 CDR)

    Population
    Deaths
    All Causes

    Totals:
    3,241,017
    411
    411

    The table shows there were a total of 411 deaths from All Causes among 3,241,017 boys aged 5-9 living in Washington in the 15 years immediately prior to the New Normal™.

    411 ÷ 3,241,017 = 0.00013 (Old Normal CDR)

    We can use the Old Normal rate to predict this year’s deaths:

    2022 pop X Old Normal CDR = expected deaths

    237,537 X 0.00013 = 30 expected deaths

    The difference between actual and expected deaths shows lives saved or lost:

    2430 = -6

    Dividing the actual deaths by the expected deaths gives us the comparative rates:

    24 ÷ 30 = 0.7385

    This reveals 6 lives saved and is 73.85% of what we expected (a decrease of 26%) in deaths from All Causes among boys aged 5-9 living in Washington in 2022, as compared to the Old Normal.

    This is the same method used by Public Health to calculate the 5-yr CDR (Cumulative Death Rate):

    146 ÷ 1,665,548 = 0.00009 (5-yr CDR)

    237,537(2022 pop) X 0.00009 = 21 expected deaths

    The difference between actual and expected deaths:

    2421 = 3 or 3 lives lost

    Divide actual deaths by expected deaths:

    24 ÷ 21 = 1.0346 or an increase of 3%

    for deaths from All Causes among boys aged 5-9 living in Washington in 2022, as compared to the previous 5 years.

    Compare our Old Normal to the 5yr CDR. Does it tell the same story your TV does?

    Finally, the same method can also be used to compare our Old Normal rate to the New Normal™ rate:

    New Normal™ population X Old Normal rate = expected deaths

    1,903,085 X 0.00013 = 241 expected deaths

    The difference between actual and expected deaths:

    170241 = -71 or 71 lives saved

    Dividing the actual deaths by the expected deaths:

    170 ÷ 241 = 0.6529 or a decrease of 35%

    in deaths from All Causes among boys aged 5-9 living in Washington in the New Normal™, as compared to the Old Normal.

    The world has been led to believe that a deadly pandemic swept the globe beginning in 2020, causing an increase in death rates, especially among the elderly

    The data show that death rates began to increase in 2015, immediately upon implementation of the UN’s 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development, that young adults have experienced ever-increasing death rates since, and that death rates among the elderly have remained relatively stable.
