2022 vs New Normal™ for pre-schoolers aged 0-4 in Quebec

  1. 71 of 417 total deaths were from Unknown Causes
  2. 17.03% of all deaths were from Unknown Causes
  3. This is up 216% compared to Old Normal rates.
  4. 18 of 473 total deaths would have been expected under Old Normal conditions.
  5. 53 excess deaths from Unknown Causes in 2022.
  6. 56 fewer than expected All Cause deaths in 2022.
  7. 197 excess deaths from Unknown Causes (2015-2022)
  8. 590 fewer than expected All Cause deaths over the first 8 years of Quebec’s New Normal™.
  1. To show this year’s deaths from Unknown Causes are up 216% compared to Old Normal rates, we need to calculate the rates for both 2022 and for the Old Normal.

Remember, death rates are calculated to answer these questions:

  • “How many pre-schoolers aged 0-4 were there?” and
  • “How many of them died from Unknown Causes?”

The following 2 charts provide this information:

Deaths – Unknown Causes – Pre-schooler – Aged 0-4 | Quebec, Canada

Graph showing Deaths - Unknown Causes - Pre-schooler - Aged 0-4 | Quebec, Canada

Population – Pre-schooler – Aged 0-4 – [2000-2022] | Quebec, Canada

Graph showing Population - Pre-schooler - Aged 0-4 - [2000-2022] | Quebec, Canada

From the charts, we can see that in 2022, 71 of 424,942 pre-schoolers aged 0-4 living in Quebec died from Unknown Causes.

71 ÷ 424,942 = 0.00017 (2022 CDR)

We’ll use the table below to calculate our Old Normal rate for deaths from Unknown Causes

Totals:

The table shows there were a total of 259 deaths from Unknown Causes among 6,041,142 pre-schoolers aged 0-4 living in Quebec in the 15 years immediately prior to the New Normal™.

259 ÷ 6,041,142 = 0.00004 (Old Normal CDR)

We can use the Old Normal rate to predict this year’s deaths:

2022 pop X Old Normal CDR = expected deaths

424,942 X 0.00004 = 18 expected deaths

The difference between actual and expected deaths shows lives saved or lost:

7118 = 53

Dividing the actual deaths by the expected deaths gives us the comparative rates:

71 ÷ 18 = 3.1601

This reveals 53 lives lost and is 316.01% of what we expected (an increase of 216%) in deaths from Unknown Causes among pre-schoolers aged 0-4 living in Quebec in 2022, as compared to the Old Normal.

This is the same method used by Public Health to calculate the 5-yr CDR (Cumulative Death Rate):

276 ÷ 3,066,427 = 0.00009 (5-yr CDR)

424,942(2022 pop) X 0.00009 = 38 expected deaths

The difference between actual and expected deaths:

7138 = 33 or 33 lives lost

Divide actual deaths by expected deaths:

71 ÷ 38 = 1.6707 or an increase of 67%

for deaths from Unknown Causes among pre-schoolers aged 0-4 living in Quebec in 2022, as compared to the previous 5 years.

Compare our Old Normal to the 5yr CDR. Does it tell the same story your TV does?

Finally, the same method can also be used to compare our Old Normal rate to the New Normal™ rate:

New Normal™ population X Old Normal rate = expected deaths

3,491,369 X 0.00004 = 150 expected deaths

The difference between actual and expected deaths:

347150 = 197 or 197 lives lost

Dividing the actual deaths by the expected deaths:

347 ÷ 150 = 1.8798 or an increase of 88%

in deaths from Unknown Causes among pre-schoolers aged 0-4 living in Quebec in the New Normal™, as compared to the Old Normal.

The world has been led to believe that a deadly pandemic swept the globe beginning in 2020, causing an increase in death rates, especially among the elderly

The data show that death rates began to increase in 2015, immediately upon implementation of the UN’s 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development, that young adults have experienced ever-increasing death rates since, and that death rates among the elderly have remained relatively stable.
